Celebration of Culturally Rich Instruction

There are many things to consider when educating the awakened masses. Consideration must be given to the audience and the outcome. An educator that give thought to the audience takes into consideration the culture, the preference, the learning style, the adversities, the misconceptions, and lastly the interest. These are all factors that are given when you are teaching a generation that is demanding an education that is reflective of them. They are calling for change “by any means necessary.”

Educators can no longer be content with what the textbooks says to teach. They must be bold. They must embrace the richness of the audience and craft instruction that will give them the outcome that is in alignment with the expectations of those being taught.
